Overview:
Regional Demolition contractor out the Midwest seeks Jr. Estimator/Take-Off Specialist for their growing Estimating department.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years experience in Construction / Demolition Industry
- Must be Proficient in Reading Blue Prints, Drawings and Specifications
- Accurately Take Off Structure Square Footage, Volume of Concrete, Asphalt, Steel, & Debris
- Populate Excel Spreadsheets with Quantities
- Coordinate Internal Bid Reviews
- Competent with MS Office & Bluebeam
